| Magnolia Home Center was established in April of
2001, and is owned and operated by Jimmy Jones, Bob
Jones, and Carol Sage. Our atmosphere is casual, and
our houses are open for you to view at your leisure.
While we obviously can't display every floorplan we
offer, we do keep at least one model from each series
of homes so that you can compare the different series.
We keep our homes furnished, decorated, lighted and
heated so you can "make yourself at home" while you
tour our homes. We won't follow you around with a clipboard
and pressure you to buy anything. That's not how we
operate. You can go through the homes by yourself or
ask one of us to join you should you have any questions.
The majority of our sales are in the Colorado-Wyoming
area however, we also sell and deliver homes to Nebraska,
Kansas, New Mexico, Utah, Montana and South Dakota.

| Magnolia Homes are the only line of homes we offer, simply because they are the best homes available today. The Magnolia Home factory is employee owned and operated, so the employees have a financial stake in the company, and they build a higher quality home. The employees are so proud of their products that they will gladly take a potential buyer on a tour of their facility. |

| Our Recommendations |
| Magnolia Homes come highly recommended by all of
us, and we all choose to live and raise our families
in homes built by Magnolia. Our homes were built before
Magnolia introduced their new series, but we would like
to share photos of them with you.
Jimmy's
house is similar to the Majestic Series FB4048,
Carol's
home is similar to the Radiant 866, and
Bob's
home is a custom built Majestic. We are proud of
our homes and believe that we made the best choice. |

| I started in the Manufactured Housing business in
1997. I joined Jimmy and Bob as a partner in Magnolia
Home Center in 2001. I handle the paperwork end of the
business. I also am the person who will respond to all
Internet inquiries. Feel free to write me anytime with
any questions. From "How much does this cost?" to "Can
you help me narrow this down?" and "How the heck do
we get started?" I can get your questions answered.
